Super Intendent always trying to send people home. Think they are better than you and careless of how you feel
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
To be actual leaders and not think they are better than you and be little you threatened you with taking your job all the time. T&D
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Get better management and super intendants that dont put people down and think they are better than their labors. They take care of their family and there buddies only (T&D )
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Teach management and super Intendent that we are all the same salary and pay scales might vary but we are all human and should be treated the same and to not bring negativity to job site everyday and try to fire people just because they have power thats abusing your power
