What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Put unbaised people in charge, make sure that leadership in place is being fair to everyone and not just their own, make sure that people of leadership are able to accomplish the job satsifactorly and not hide behind others

Get better management and super intendants that dont put people down and think they are better than their labors. They take care of their family and there buddies only (T&D )

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I don't see anything good about the job
Teach management and super Intendent that we are all the same salary and pay scales might vary but we are all human and should be treated the same and to not bring negativity to job site everyday and try to fire people just because they have power thats abusing your power
