Cares deeply about growth and making things better

I love the executive team's transparency

Somewhat approachable, but in pursuit of metrics human factor is pushed aside.

Commitment to changing based on the marketplace

The majority of current leadership team understand that investing in people is almost never money wasted. The biggest opportunity is with the immediate reports of the LT who sometimes take short cuts and make poor decisions in pursuit of their goals to become LT.

I do not know them personally. They lack restaurant industry experience which results in what appear to be random decisions that don’t drive the (over 200?) company KPI
