Pointless meetings, product does not value engineering, mountains of technical debt, buggy platforms has constant alerts.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
transparency, positive, friendly, open, warm
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Reasonable goals, reasonable expectations, fewer distractions like alarms going off all day.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Just 3 pretty hard coding puzzles. Literally nothing else. No architecture design, no soft skills or culture fit questions, just doing 3 puzzles in rapid succession.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Industry is dying. Competitors are getting better product while RN is languishing and can't get past technical issues.
