Justin Ford — Head of People & VP of Human Resources at Revance Therapeutics

Mr. Justin Ford has been Head of People and Vice President of Human Resources for Revance Therapeutics, Inc. since June 2017. Mr. Ford has more than 30 years of experience building, developing and aligning organizational and cultural capabilities to impact profitability, growth, business priorities and employee engagement. He joined to Revance from Raptor Pharmaceuticals Corp., a rare disease biopharmaceutical company (acquired by Horizon Pharma), where served as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources since September 20, 2016. Mr. Ford served as Vice President of Global Human Resources at Raptor Pharmaceuticals Corp. until September 20, 2016. Mr. Ford is an experienced HR professional. He served as Vice President of HR and Administration for Micromet. Mr. Ford led the global integration of Micromet's team into Amgen following its acquisition. Prior to Micromet, Mr. Ford served as Vice President of Global HR for Bayer Pharmaceuticals. He also held other Human Resources leadership positions at Monsanto, Givaudan, Washington University in St. Louis, Engelhard (BASF), and Newport News Shipbuilding. He is a Certified Compensation Professional and has completed the curriculum and taught at the Advanced Program in Human Resource Management at The John Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA. He holds a B.A. in Human Resources from The University of Kansas.
