What do you like best about the leadership team?
Available, open, down to earth
Making effort to have a costumerin order to have rebates
My immediate manager is very nice but has no control over how poorly Revlon treats her team.
To be honest i feel like they are robbing us as some employees are paid according to their working positions
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Having good constructive feedback that isnt demoralizing but is uplifting and helpful. Current SVP describes everything she doesnt like as looking like a "dogs breakfast"

Years of taking extra tasks to compensate for sick leaves or employees who can’t perform certain tasks, and no additional bonus or raise, even by inter
The stock is underwater - so no value!
Health benefits, vacation days, a 401k option and more frequent salary increases would be a good start.

Strong partnership and great collaboration
Hard working ,and collective team work

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Most are amazing, very few with deep attitude issues and no teamwork spirit,
My CEO could fairly compensate those of us on the ground doing the dirty work and representing the company in stores for starters and then maybe Revlon could actually get and keep some quality employees.

Everyone is willing to help

What did you like most about the interview process?
No fuss, open conversation on what both parties are looking for and have to offer instead of making us feel like we are doing a sell pitch
Management was well involved during the process
The guys made us feel comfortable and at ease

Some colleagues, my supervisor, no micromanagement
Team spirit ,besides being robbed of our salary underpaid
Product catogary ND it's range
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
We are slow to innovate and are behind all the time as compared with other beauty companies
Revlon wastes TONS of money on unrealistic and expensive promotional items that actually do the opposite of what is intended. Adding shelf hangers that actually block the product they ate intended to promote and stick out so they are easily snapped off instead of fairly compensating its employees.
