What is the best part about your compensation package?

10 unpaid vacation days labeled as riding time off.

Paid is competitive for the market. As a full time team member, you are given a shoe allowance. The insurance is great compared to what i was paying at my previous employment. Company pays you to bring new hires in.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I just think that 15.50 cents is not enough to make ends meat. Even if we do make commission. I think we should start out at atleast 18 bucks n hr plus commissions and even that is barley making it in California.

Machine operators get same pay as floor workers. Females on the shipping floor get favoritism, people are allowed to put hands on employees and still keep their job
