professionalism, stop hiring family members, nepotism
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I just think that 15.50 cents is not enough to make ends meat. Even if we do make commission. I think we should start out at atleast 18 bucks n hr plus commissions and even that is barley making it in California.
Machine operators get same pay as floor workers. Females on the shipping floor get favoritism, people are allowed to put hands on employees and still keep their job
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
meetings are used to call people out and put peoples issues on blast instead of having one on one meetings
