Get rid of the op manager in Lincoln Ne. he is un trust worthy and can't stick with a decision always changing his mind and that is within a 10 to 15 minute time span. Will lie right to your face with a smile and then deny it when caught.
driven by numbers other than revenue. Have forgotten that sales is relationship driven and are NOT investing ANYTHING in Sales. Developing and inside team that is already LOSING money for the organization as reflected in our monthly revenue stream.

We are heavily into community involvement. In fact, this year Rexnord gave every global associate the ability to volunteer (while on company paid time) for 16 hours of community service.
