People don't matter and you are worked until you are unable to function at home any more. Horrible environment!!

They say family's first but it's only for management. Liars all of them, from low management to high, only care about the bottom line.

I work with a tremendously talented group of people that have the companies best interest at heart but we all lack the ability to accomplish our goals at times because of a lack of communication and inability to move forward effectively and timely.

I love it at Rexnord. My career has grown and every leader I work with is genuinely interested in overserving our customers and taking great care of every Rexnord associate (employee).

They are always willing to sit down and help with a project or just provide leadership and guidance.

Drive to win- focus on the customer

Believe they are ahead of the manufacturing curve but seem to make poor delayed decisions and wonder why there is a negative outcome to generated sales revenue.

They need to get connected to the employees. Wehr is a snake in the grass horrible person with no redeemable qualities.

Everything no one knows what is going on with out a meeting

Get rid of the op manager in Lincoln Ne. he is un trust worthy and can't stick with a decision always changing his mind and that is within a 10 to 15 minute time span. Will lie right to your face with a smile and then deny it when caught.

driven by numbers other than revenue. Have forgotten that sales is relationship driven and are NOT investing ANYTHING in Sales. Developing and inside team that is already LOSING money for the organization as reflected in our monthly revenue stream.

Getting in touch with where, how, and who the parts are made. Take suggestions from the people who know best how to to get things done the workers.

We are heavily into community involvement. In fact, this year Rexnord gave every global associate the ability to volunteer (while on company paid time) for 16 hours of community service.

Communications between management and general employees mainly to collaborate on jobs and issues.

More communication and develop a simplified plan to coordinate all facets of the business into one organized production group driven by sales
