They are always willing to sit down and help with a project or just provide leadership and guidance.
Drive to win- focus on the customer
Believe they are ahead of the manufacturing curve but seem to make poor delayed decisions and wonder why there is a negative outcome to generated sales revenue.

They always work hard with no praise
The collaboration between co-workers on projects is inspiring and fun.
The workers pure and simple they always get the job done even when Operations Manager over extends what can be done.
Great team with no real direction for growth

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is very inclusive. Always looking for input from everyone on the team.
We are heavily into community involvement. In fact, this year Rexnord gave every global associate the ability to volunteer (while on company paid time) for 16 hours of community service.

What makes you most happy at work?
The flexibility provided by the managers and the ability to work on many different projects makes my work day go by fast.
