Pay employees equally and push out underperformers sooner.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

to be paid comparably as my colleagues within the state.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Most revenue team members are highly paid and are poor performers creating undue stress on their local and regional teams

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

The runway for underperformers is too long! This creates a stressful and negative culture. Management needs to invest more in training and pay people fairly and equally.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Internal jobs are stressful as there is a push on increasing revenue. Management needs to ensure internal employees are being paid equally. Employees talk & nothing creates poor morale more than finding out that someone with less experience is being paid more while you are labeled as a top performer
