We work as a team. When help is needed, they are their willing to help. We all are able to communite and have great relationships. Lack of drama makes for a better, safer environment
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need to improve professionalism and not allow inappropriate relationships between any type of management and staff clinical specialist
