First of all they need to study how to manage people. second, they need to have emphatic
Listening to the people who are actually doing the work and seek their advice/direction.
Learn humanity and start behaving like humans. Not monkeys who got lot of bananas to eat.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonus at the end of the year
Excellent bonus at the end of the year
Pay is in line with market
Ability to grow comp with new clients, asset growth, etc
It's highly competitive compared with salaries in the market.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Timely and relevant rewards that depend on performance.
Company needs more employee engagement programs, and better benefits. Learning & Development and other employee programs.
They pay less that the rest of the industry
The company is undergoing many changes and losing resources consistently. Feeling overworked and undervalued is never a good thing especially when you don't feel fairly compensated.

Despite having very challenging goals, people are always taken into account first.
My team is amazing. Humorous, positive, dedicated and passionate about their work and the company.

Management team has to be changed. HR has to be changed
