Everyone's willingness to learn first. Everyone is supportive in every facet of the workplace, from feedback, to inspiration, to overcoming challenges.
I think the culture is fine - folks are bought into the mission and though the tools are a struggle there is a strong focus on constant improvement. I think morale can struggle due to the constant changes and lack of powerful tooling.

Every single person I've interacted with approaches the interaction with a positive attutude. We have ERGs (Employee Resource Groups) to support a variety of groups and their allies, and we have opportunities to spread information/awareness through the ERGs.

Ribbon cares and its open and flexible. They encourage us to take time off to reset. I appreciate getting well thought out emails after recent tragedies and making spaces to talk about difficult topics available to us.
Ribbon is very vocal/actionable about supporting rights for all humans or acknowledging support for those being discriminated against (i.e. LGBTQIA+, women, asian hate, black lives matter)
