the team leadership should be done by people, who have a decent university study or HBO study in the field of economics and/or human relation related studies. So that their is no lack of economic and psychological understanding.

the overall culture as far as management and co-workers are concerned: Instead of a clandestine, artificial and superficial culture, there should be a culture of diversity, inclusivity and empathy.
