Management gives too many opportunities to under achieving staff. Trouble employees are not reprimanded to the point good staff is leaving.
What needs to change to make the company culture better at Ritchie Bros?
Even though work is work. It should be fun. We have lost the fun in our jobs because of some bad apples. We need to let some people go.
