Have worked for this company 10years in many countrys, this company has a very special place in my heart. I think every company has its up's and downs and we are going through a large shift atm with how we do business and the culture. Would i want to want anywhere eles. No never i enjoy what i do

A toxic place to work

I worked in the epmo. This is the most disorganized you can imagine and they take advantage of good employees. A lot of people don't know their jobs and if they notice you can do it, they casually leave that to you. They won't increase your pay even after your hardwork. Avoid this cesspool!

Everything and anything its such a mess

Pay for executives have sky rocketed since Peter Blake left. I believe exec pay has gone up 10 folds since. But results are mediocre.

It is not easy to negotiate the pay.

Only negative feedback always expected to do too much too fast

If managers actually did their jobs and looked at what the teams were doing. My manager was okay not looking into anything! Issues were always left to you to resolve even after escalating. Lazy manager

Try to respect others, they are human too.

Get competent at your own jobs and stop making admins do your heavy lifting

Management gives too many opportunities to under achieving staff. Trouble employees are not reprimanded to the point good staff is leaving.

When you get to leave

We have a mix of long standing and new workers, old staff can be stuck in some old ways and reluctent to change. THe new generation is fresh and ready to work and develop with whats infront but are looking for more support and guidence then we have ever needed in the past, its a new Ritchies

Pay well, respect everyone, listen to your employees

Even though work is work. It should be fun. We have lost the fun in our jobs because of some bad apples. We need to let some people go.
