Having an open forum to deal with my staff and help them day to day

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

Run away together to a more positive environment

Less bullies and treat with respect

Try to respect others, they are human too.

Get competent at your own jobs and stop making admins do your heavy lifting

Management gives too many opportunities to under achieving staff. Trouble employees are not reprimanded to the point good staff is leaving.
