Have worked for this company 10years in many countrys, this company has a very special place in my heart. I think every company has its up's and downs and we are going through a large shift atm with how we do business and the culture. Would i want to want anywhere eles. No never i enjoy what i do

Having an open forum to deal with my staff and help them day to day

Mine was ten years ago, but it wasnt alot of pressure at the time for my title
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing people grow and enjoy doing what they do and the adventure that ritchie bros gives you, i really enjoy being part of the team thats honestly my fav.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a mix of long standing and new workers, old staff can be stuck in some old ways and reluctent to change. THe new generation is fresh and ready to work and develop with whats infront but are looking for more support and guidence then we have ever needed in the past, its a new Ritchies
