Anthony J. Bellezza — Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President at Rite Aid

Mr. Anthony J. Bellezza, also known as Tony, has been Chief Compliance Officer of Rite Aid Corp. since September 28, 2004 and serves as its Senior Vice President. Mr. Bellezza served as Senior Vice President of Internal Assurance of Rite Aid Corp since September 28, 2004. Mr. Bellezza served as Partner and Mid-Atlantic business risk services practice leader at Ernst & Young in Baltimore, MD. His responsibilities include overseeing Rite Aid's internal audit function and Compliance systems and procedures. Mr. Bellezza holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University. He and his wife reside with their four children in Manheim, PA.
