CUT THE DEADWOOD - THE ENTIRE MANAGEMENT TEAM INCLUDING THE CEO AND OWNER SHOULD BE CANNED!
The leadership of this company is top heavy. Management as far as leadership goes could care less about training, developing strengths within the ranks and advancement. The CEO hires his friends instead of qualified individuals to run operations. This in itself will be their downfall.
Paid better for good talent
Continuing management calculation errors make it impossible to do your job correctly. The company sends more money and time fixing poor installations as a result of the above. Again management is awful. The turnover of sales people is constant, good people are discouraged right off the bat.
Corporate needs to hire more employees. Everyone (that isnt corporate) is extremely overworked.
Complete management team change. Including the owner!
The job needs to be explained in detail, also tell the prospective candidate that they will be doing 5x as much work as they are being told but will not be paid/compensated for it. During the interview the person being interviewed should be warned about how terribly "managed" the company is.
There are too many problems with this company to even list, but again, corporate is a crapshoot, so maybe fire them all and find better.
There is a lack of responsibility and integrity. Everyone avoids the elephant in the room. The elephant is the Owner and his management team. We all are looking for work with other companies in the builder service industry. It's just a matter of time.
As most current employee's feel, it's just a job until something else comes along. The culture of upper management will never change and the company will continue to lose market share as long as the executive team remains the same. Customers are what builds the business - they are NOT COMMITTED.
