Quick vesting in non-contributory retirement plan.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A junior employee in my position makes more than me although he has no experience in the field.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Mission focused. Organized. Easy to work with.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
HR does a great job to promote a positive work culture.
Friendly coworkers, no drama in the workplace
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The company is always hesitant to bring new people onto their existing contracts even when employees express being overworked. It also is very pushy about employees not talking about compensation with each other.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was very laid back but I was recommended to the company by someone who knew the manager I would work under.
Very informal with plenty of opportunity to chat with all but the top-most levels of my management chain.

What makes you most happy at work?
Leaving. I'm only here for the money. I have no interest in my job as it is completely miserable and the tools used in it are also atrocious.
