What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are smart, passionate and care about employees.
Great place to grow. Challenging and great team to work with day in, day out.
We've added to our executive team and while they seem promising we're excited to see them prove their value.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Being kinder to employees, understanding the product, not steamrolling everyone around them, getting to know more than 10 people at the company, not rapidly firing other execs and employees alike because they realize they product isn't developed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Competitive cash vs. market, and stock option offering is generous.
Well-rounded compensation package. We get equity which is a nice plus!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
leadership team is really open to feedback and integrate it effectively
Hard working, positively minded people.
They always seek our opinions and are constantly trying to improve based on our feedback.
Constantly iterating and striving to improve upon process and product.
The culture is toxic. Best thing is my tight-knit social circle at work.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It's very thorough. You get to meet a lot of people and get a good sense of the day-to-day. The team is friendly and welcoming!
