What do you like best about the leadership team?
The team is very open, transparent and shares vision for where we are headed.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Private equity takes a very short-term, non-strategic view, and doesn't provide rewards for anyone but those at the very top.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Well rounded and competitive in the marketplace.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The bonus program is not motivating at all.

Fun, compassionate, collaborative, driven, effective.
