What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are outgoing and friendly
the leadership is far beyond amazing
Every idea and suggestion is heard and considered. Everyone works together to achieve our goals and assess any issues to immediately resolve.
They listen to anyone who has an idea, they recognize hard work, they make sure we have the resources in place to surpass goals and set new floors
We all work as a team and management is always there to provide the proper tools

What is the best part about your compensation package?
They provide great benefits and incentives.
We have the ability to invest in our business and see returns quickly.
The flexibility it offers my family and I.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The pay conpared to the hours does not seem fair
What are some of the best things about your team?
The people are nice to be with
We have team meetings every morning to discuss problems we face on a day to day bases and this allows us to get a deeper understand each and everyday
We are all pushing each other and helping each other get better in the role
Some of the best things is that even when it's time to go home we all interact outside of work. Often on weekends we are looking forward to golfing, getting something to eat or grabbing a drink. We are all friends.
we are all motivated, we all work well together, we all have the same mindset and goals in mind. We all at the end of the day, want the same things!

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are provided with support, refreshments, incentives, rewards, and a fun work atmosphere which motivates us to work hard and stay driven.
Most employees have common goals and like minded attitudes.
We get a lot of recognition throughout the month.
The way everyone brings out the best in themselves and promotes it in the environment and from one another

Meeting several members of the management team.
Personable, impactful, understanding, goal oriented.
No tricks or gimmicks, complete honesty, no false promises
They asked alot of questions about goals, views and family
I liked how I had multiple interviews
