What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are outgoing and friendly
the leadership is far beyond amazing
Every idea and suggestion is heard and considered. Everyone works together to achieve our goals and assess any issues to immediately resolve.
They listen to anyone who has an idea, they recognize hard work, they make sure we have the resources in place to surpass goals and set new floors
We all work as a team and management is always there to provide the proper tools

the open conversation, some refer to as open door policy but this is bigger than that. We have the ability to approach anyone on whatever is needed

All of Leadership cares more about the company and the people they lead than their own careers/title in the company and shows daily. They are all willing to jump in the trenches at the same time continuously working with executive team to build the future of the company.
Leadership is very involved in day to days needs as well as helping employees reach their own goals
What I love about the leadership team is that everyone listens. Ideas aren't just tossed aside and employee contribution is encouraged and wanted.
When I am out sick or on vacation they assist me so I don't miss a beat and they give me the flexibility I need for family life.

The leadership team at ROK listens and approachs concerns with speed and a high level of importance. Its great to feel supported by management while not having someone micromanage you.
