I think the equity component of compensation is strong and very competitive.
What makes you most happy at work?
The constant challenges make me happy. I never feel bored or stuck in monotony and there is always incredible opportunity and room for growth.

I really like the transparency leadership has. There are constant updates/ comms about goals, where we are heading, and how we are performing towards those goals.

The best thing about my team is that everyone is very driven. All my team members are motived to make an impact and have an incredibly successful career.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the best thing about our culture is the connection. We are in person for work 4/5 days and I think that being together fosters better collaboration, results, and culture.
