We believe we're better together and have the opportunity to connect through many different moments. There are many celebrations with ERG groups, an array of holiday celebrations, etc. It's awesome to see so many people come together and support these moments for a positive outcome always.

Everyone truly cares about one another. In the midst of DEI initiatives going away, Rokt is committed to driving Equality first, diversity and inclusion. This was a huge focus for our annual kickoff event.
Lots of investment in making the experience a positive one. Genuine people who are all trying to win together.

People work hard but also have a laugh and a good time. The company puts on social activities for us to engage with each other away from our emails and desks.

I think the best thing about our culture is the connection. We are in person for work 4/5 days and I think that being together fosters better collaboration, results, and culture.
