I've been with the company for a few years now, across a couple of regions, and it's a great place to work. I've had career opportunities I never expected and it's challenged me in ways I didn't know I needed. So glad I get to work with an incredible team working in such an innovative space!

Seeing the success of a project I've been working on, finding new ways to do things, the people.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As an employee we receive a wellness allowance which is awesome; this can be used towards gym or other wellness activities we enjoy outside of work!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Rokt's leadership team is such a diverse, clever group coming with knowledge from many backgrounds. They are always open with sharing their knowledge and always have time for those around them!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of my best friends have been made through Rokt. I look forward to seeing and interacting with them daily, and it makes solving problems and day to day business so much more enjoyable with the team!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We believe we're better together and have the opportunity to connect through many different moments. There are many celebrations with ERG groups, an array of holiday celebrations, etc. It's awesome to see so many people come together and support these moments for a positive outcome always.
