Roofstock has offices in Oakland, California and Dallas, Texas. Headquartered in the landmark I Magnin Building, we are in the heart of Uptown Oakland’s thriving startup scene and conveniently across from BART. Surrounding is a thriving restaurant, bar and music scene, anchored by the iconic Paramount and Fox theaters. We have a Speakeasy (think on-site happy hours) and the kind of space where you can think big, collaborate freely and get work done.

Constantly firing employees every quarter. You always feel insecure about your position. Over worked and under paid.
I had an issue that has finally been addressed and resolved.
The lack of communication between all interested parties during a real estate transactions is unacceptable. Time is of the essence! I paid for a lender's appraisal and it was scheduled then abruptly cancelled by Roofstock without my consent. So why should I be expected to pay a return trip fee?
As a real estate investor myself, I love the mission of the company and I get a lot of satisfaction in what we do.
