What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team is smart, collaborative, and open to ideas from all team members. Most importantly, they're not jerks :)

They are great! Have made a investing in properties hassle-free. They love to improvise!
The leadership here is great. I personally am very empowered by my direct manager to take on new responsibilities and learn new skills. Keep doing what you are doing!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
It needs a set strategy instead a hodgepodge of ideas. It needs better manager and it needs to pay its talent.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Equity upside in a growing company
Equity options, and generous contribution toward my healthcare premiums.
Equity in an exciting, up and coming company.
Fair salary, good benefits and lots of equity upside
I love the full medical, dental and vision. I also have 8x the equity vested in my first year than I would have had I fully vested at my last employer.

What are some of the best things about your team?
Very smart and talented people
Most of our team is resourceful and likes to move fast, which I gel with well
My team is extremely supportive, it's a safe environment to try new things (even if new initiatives don't work) and extremely collaborative.
Everyone cares about each other and brings different perspectives, ways of thinking, and experience to the table.
Collegial, bright, driven, passionate, fun
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They make it like a competition against one another on each regional team. Instrad of a cohesive number together.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It has a nice entrepreneurial vibe.
People are respectful of each other. We can disagree and debate but nobody gets contentious.
We have a transparent and collaborative team.
We push each other but get along well and laugh a lot!
The positive culture and work makes up for the shortcomings.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I am happy and comfortable with the current environment
What did you like most about the interview process?
Meeting the people on my team.
The managers were very friendly, and explained things in great depth.
Met lots of people...fair but demanding questions
They just asked what they needed. Never worried about the part which doesn't suit their project expectations!

A supportive culture and a great boss.
My manager, my autonomy to do great work, and support to try new initiatives.
Definitely the people and energetic work environment...you can feel the buzz
Learning - the best thing you can give to a developer. Just learn new things everyday and it never stops there. You get to implement the new learning in your own work pretty much every day. Freedom to work and choose technology you feel good!
