What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership is on par with what the company needs.
They have the vision to address security challenges that the market and competitors have not solved using the latest technology.
The team is very close with each other. I know I can approach any member of the leadership team at any time and they will make time for me.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay could be better for SOC Anaylst, As they are the backbone. But overall good benefits and vacation/sick time.
Excellent PTO and benefits
The compensation package is very fair and well rounded.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Couple the high demand for qualified infosec pros and the limited supply with the national median salary.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Work together towards a common goal.
Strong camaraderie and integration between teams allows for members from different groups to work closely together.
My team is a bunch of hard working and highly motivated professionals all working towards the same goal.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Laid back where it can be and fast paced in others.
Availability of executive team to receive new ideas, address concerns, and provide feedback.
The culture and environment are very unique. Every team member contributes their part and it is not a sterile, big-business environment.

Solving difficult problems through the creation of new solutions and the utilization of the best in class technologies.
