Pay the tutoring staff more and offer full-time positions for tutoring staff. Many tutors can only work up to 10 hours a week with no health benefits.

I would like to be paid more than $12, and have atleast some health benefits. Theyre a very big company, and I know they're capable of offering something aside from the 401k.
There is no ability to promote as a tutor. You must study your lesson material (vocabulary words, concepts) ahead of time to be prepared for tutor sessions. Up to six learners can be in your sessions - which can be stressful. Also Rosetta Stone is open 24/7 so no holidays off, or no pay.

They're always discussing plans for the class sessions, and love to talk about holidays/festivities. I really enjoyed seeing all of the cute Star Wars stuff yesterday! :)
The tutor team is awesome and really watch out for each other. There are always tutors willing to sub (for example on holidays).

Getting paid for my work
Work is too time consuming with not enough pay or benefits.
