- What did you like most about the interview process?We were given the chance to make our own "Mock Lesson" for the recruiter, I chose to write about Passive/Active sentences and it was cool!
- What makes you most happy at work?Meeting people from different cultures!
- What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?They're always discussing plans for the class sessions, and love to talk about holidays/festivities. I really enjoyed seeing all of the cute Star Wars stuff yesterday! :)

- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I would like to be paid more than $12, and have atleast some health benefits. Theyre a very big company, and I know they're capable of offering something aside from the 401k.
- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?There is no ability to promote as a tutor. You must study your lesson material (vocabulary words, concepts) ahead of time to be prepared for tutor sessions. Up to six learners can be in your sessions - which can be stressful. Also Rosetta Stone is open 24/7 so no holidays off, or no pay.
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?Pay the tutoring staff more and offer full-time positions for tutoring staff. Many tutors can only work up to 10 hours a week with no health benefits.
