What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leaders truly live by the core values! There is a terrific integration of enthusiasm, thinking the whole process through, and asking the right questions. They have created a culture that doesn't force you to change or adjust, but rather lets you add your own colors!
What are some of the best things about your team?
Intellectual curiosity is rewarded at Rosie. My team has all the right ingredients for success. All the set goals at Rosie are driven by the wildly important goals of the company. And these goals are assigned to teams. Thus we struggle for and celebrate milestones together
