What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone is approachable. However it would be better if there was more diversity on the executive level, currently its a bunch of ageing white men from North America.

Similar roles have offered higher and better benefits. An annual review against the market, and not just increment via annual budgets will make it more competitive

None of them left working anymore
