The company culture is unmatched, the least corporate corpoate organisation I've ever worked for. Everyone truly leads with "positive intent." Although at times can be difficults if you're not based in USA&CANADA. Perks are different and processes don't fit.
It's really cool having the visibility into the entire company and the ability to influence major decisions.
