Everyone thats apart of Roth, anyone that I run into is just an absolute joy talking to. Especially when I get paired to work with my friends from the install team, it just makes life all the more better. It feels as if work relieves my stress just because im surrounded by such a great environment.

How everyday is a little bit different. There are so many supportive teammembers and we all have the freedom to do the jobs at our pace and assist each other as needed.
