As a whole I believe we have a pretty well oiled machine.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love that the insurance is company paid. My only issue is having to use holiday PTO for sick time. I wish we had both.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
In the time I have been here. I can tell the leadership team in listening to our requests and trying to make Roth better every year.
