I needed a new job that would be better for my work life balance. It impressed me when I applied that I had to fill out a culture index survey first. I liked that because Roth cared from the beginning about their employee's and culture. Ever since, I have loved learning and growing apart of the team

Being helpful to everyone around me. Being relied on for answers or solutions. I genuinely feel loved at this company.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the transparency and honest communication from my leadership team. I like how kind everyone is and feeling like the feel that I am important to Roth.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Not one department is left out in the service we provide. We all work together and it shows with our customers and how they call us again and again.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I love how we all care about each other. Inside and outside of work. There doesn't seem to be any drama between one another. We celebrate big wins and communicate what the needs of the business are when it's the slow season.
