I really enjoy working at Roth, I am looking forward to growing, and hope that is possible sooner than later. I do wish the PTO was better and more in line with other companies. My previous company offered 96 hours after 90 days.

It feels like everyone cares about each other, the right people are in the right positions. Change / accountability happens quickly and accordingly.
