My work has stretched me in ways no other job has. My coworkers help me to improve and make me feel good about my contributions. Management sometimes is behind on communications which can make things difficult. Work can be very stressful some days but overall, very good experience working at Roth.

Having a clear and defined set of tasks that I am confident in my ability to complete and being able to finish in a timely manner. Being busy enough to stay occupied through the day and able to leave on time on a regular basis.
