Working at Roth has been great. It keeps my mind busy and overall has been an enjoyable place to work. Everyone is trying to better the company and better themselves along the way. It's a very positive environment out in the field. I would recommend working at Roth to anyone.

Being payed what I deserved to be paid, and being spiffed accordingly.

Super supportive and team oriented. No one is here to throw anyone under the bus. Most advice given is constructive.
What makes you most happy at work?
How everyday is a little bit different. There are so many supportive teammembers and we all have the freedom to do the jobs at our pace and assist each other as needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People show up to work because they enjoy being here. It's very common place for people to be excited for their day and say this is the best place they've worked. I haven't had a day I've regretted working here.
