Roth has been the best thing that has happened to me. I look forward to work everyday, and cant wait to see what the future will hold for this company as it continues to grow. I havent had a single bad experience. This is a company that I see myself retiring with, I dont plan on leaving anytime soon

It makes me feel like they really care about their employees, insuring that we are compesated for certain things in the work place
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everybody has a positive attitude and are great to work with, it feels like its one big family cause eveyone cares for eachother.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone that I work with just brings me joy. I look forward to coming to work each and everyday because no matter who I'm paired with, there is a great connection. Not only within the install team, but everyone in the office and from the other teams. I can have full conversations with anyone.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Overall the leadership team is just amazing. They are always there to help when it is needed, they will always try to help you understand things, and are just great people to work with as well. I can always count on them if I ever cant seem to figure something out and to reach my goals.
What makes you most happy at work?
Everyone thats apart of Roth, anyone that I run into is just an absolute joy talking to. Especially when I get paired to work with my friends from the install team, it just makes life all the more better. It feels as if work relieves my stress just because im surrounded by such a great environment.
