Colton Seal is the co-founder and CEO of Routefusion. He started his entrepreneurial journey in college, where he grew an apparel business across four different college campuses, helping pay for college and great ski trips. After college, he began his professional career at Citi as a High-Frequency Trading network engineer. After Citi, he started his software engineering career for multiple startups in Austin, TX, before he and Rich decided to start Routefusion.
Colton loves connecting and making relationships with people. He believes the secret to happiness is finding balance in your life between mind, body, and spirit and actively promotes his team at Routefusion to pursue a life of activity and spirituality. Outside of work, he is a husband, father, and dog lover who loves playing all the sports and enjoys watching the Cowboys with his daughters every Sunday. Fun fact: When Colton started Routefusion, he competed in semi-professional sand volleyball tournaments.
