Royal Bank Of Canada Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

My salary, my pension are good but my STI is extremely disappointing.

Bonus percentage is fairly weighed

The best part of the competition package is the financial performance and stability it provides

Ability to choose the level of coverage based on own needs

Private Insurance, Employee discounts and stocks shares

Base pay and bonus structure

Four week vacation and Bank holidays

The money is ok but the best thing is growth opportunity

80% coverage for massages is great

Review from Operations Dept

Stock options and benefits plan

Bonus system encoirages and rewards effort

Great work life balance and wide range of benefits available

Great, attractive, fair and thoughtful

Health plan is ok slowly getting worse

It is mediocre at best.

Competitive with other financial institutions

Review from Operations Dept

benefits, stock options and RESSOP

Good company to work for. Management could be a little up and down for leadership, could use work building teams better

Review from Operations Dept

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

As of the moment I am still an intern without any benefits but it would be great to have a stock option before my internship ends and also some health card benefits as well.

Review from Operations Dept

higher equity plans should be available

Yes I feel they should increase their salary in every year

Benefit evwn small companies have better benefits. My wife for example we arr cover unde her benefits 100%. Salary you have ro fight for a good increase not even 1% in a year.

Benefits is not competitve like other banks, no stock option reward for good employee performance

I would feel more valued if I could actually contact a person by phone. It feels like HR is purposely in hiding from the employees - is there actually any HR department left?

Being paid according to cost of living! Life is more expensive in the north.

More money at the market rate

I have been offer much higher salary with otherbank, and rbc is cheap on they salary (abiut 20% cheaper from my experience)
