Kirk Dudtschak — Executive Vice President of Personal and Commercial Banking at Royal Bank Of Canada

Mr. Kirk Dudtschak has been Executive Vice President of Personal and Commercial Banking at Royal Bank of Canada since March 2015 and served as Head of Caribbean Banking from June 2013 to March 2015. Mr. Dudtschak served as Senior Vice-President of Strategy and Human Resources Canadian Banking at Royal Bank of Canada. Mr. Dudtschak is responsible for strategy and planning for Canadian banking, as well as human resources for Canadian Banking. Mr. Dudtschak has been with RBC for more than 20 years. He has held a variety of senior management and executive positions within RBC's branch network and head office. He served as Regional President, Manitoba, Saskatchewan & North Western Ontario, Canadian Banking at Royal Bank of Canada since November 2005. He serves as a Board Member of Royal Mutual Funds Inc., and serves as a national Champion for the Aboriginal Human Resources Council of Canada. He was also a member of the Board of Governors at Lakehead University in Thunder Bay, serving on the Finance & Investment Committee. He holds a Partners, Directors and Senior Officers certificate and the Institute of Corporate Directors, Institute-Certified Director, ICD.D certificate. Mr. Dudtschak graduated from the University of Western Ontario, Richard Ivey School of Business, with an MBA in General Management.
