What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Handling customers when they are angry and do not want to continue speaking with regular reps of the bank. Also being knowledgeable and knowing more than I do to even hold a management position.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All the extra things they include
Me and my kids being covered with health insurance is definitely a peace of mind.

What are some of the best things about your team?
There's a good rapport among my team .
They are really safe when working
Well the back office to me are big team players we work together to get the job done and for the most part everyone in back office is knowledgeable about their job.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company have more than one culture working but it doesn't affect our production like wise a good environment atmosphere.
They tell you when you mess up and help you figure out how to fix it
Our coworkers are always working together
It’s nice that they recognize employees for sales even though personally monetary compensation is really what should be given as opposed to a bagel

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Putting people that can handleALL aspects of their position should be placed in management. Any person in management should know what I know and more regardless of if they do it everyday.They shouldbe the firstpeople happily addressing a difficult customerwhenthey see one of the employees struggling
