What is the best part about your compensation package?

Would love healthcare and schedule posted 2 weeks in advance so I may plan my schedule better. I have had to cancel and push back therapy sessions because of lack of communication from management

I'm not really sure, we aren't ever talked to about it or openly givin an opportunity to use them.

Best part is insurance benefits

I have the ability to get paid overtime/pick up extra hours and i like that
