Our boss is great, he's calm and has a lot of patience to explain things whenever we don't get it. On the other hand, the employees have a bad attitude, they're lazy and they bring their personal problems to work. I love what I do, but I think my work is underapreciated

Too many conflicts between coworkers, it distracts the ones trying to work.

Paperwork makes me happy, because I can just sit alone and do it

They should keep their personal problems outside of work, and treat each other better
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do late hours with no fair compensation, I would feel better with a pay raise and more words of encouragement
